6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Volkan Üstekidağ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Moments at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination

Your license to use Moments is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and delete all copies.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
