1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Nagger, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. License

Nagger grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Service.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the application
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your device and any data stored in Nagger
  • All activities that occur through your use of the application
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • Backing up your data as needed

4. Data and Privacy

Nagger stores your task data locally on your device with iCloud sync across your Apple devices. The app uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for anonymous usage statistics and crash reporting. With your permission, the app may access your Calendar and Reminders to import tasks. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data and managing your iCloud sync and notification preferences.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nagger is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The application will meet your requirements
  • The application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Any errors in the application will be corrected
  • The application will be compatible with all devices or operating systems

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Volkan Üstekidağ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use Nagger
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful components
  • Any content or conduct of any third party

7. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Nagger at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination

Your license to use Nagger is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and delete all copies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
