By downloading, installing, or using SleepDebt - Sleep Tracker, Sounds & Snore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. License

SleepDebt - Sleep Tracker, Sounds & Snore grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Service.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the application
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your device and any data stored in SleepDebt - Sleep Tracker, Sounds & Snore
  • All activities that occur through your use of the application
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • Backing up your data as needed

4. Data and Privacy

SleepDebt - Sleep Tracker, Sounds & Snore stores your sleep data locally on your device in encrypted form, with optional iCloud sync across your Apple devices. The app may access Apple Health (HealthKit) data and your device's microphone for snore detection with your explicit permission. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal information on our servers. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data and managing your iCloud sync preferences.

5. Health Disclaimer

SleepDebt - Sleep Tracker, Sounds & Snore is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The sleep data, insights, and recommendations provided by the app are for informational and educational purposes only.

You should not rely solely on SleepDebt - Sleep Tracker, Sounds & Snore for any health-related decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice regarding sleep disorders or any health concerns.

The snore detection feature uses your device's microphone and is intended for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional sleep studies or medical diagnosis.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SleepDebt - Sleep Tracker, Sounds & Snore is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The application will meet your requirements
  • The application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Any errors in the application will be corrected
  • The application will be compatible with all devices or operating systems
  • Sleep tracking data or calculations will be accurate or complete
  • Snore detection results will be reliable or medically accurate

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Volkan Üstekidağ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use SleepDebt - Sleep Tracker, Sounds & Snore
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful components
  • Any content or conduct of any third party

8. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue SleepDebt - Sleep Tracker, Sounds & Snore at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

Your license to use SleepDebt - Sleep Tracker, Sounds & Snore is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and delete all copies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
